By accessing or using the Strut Platform (“Service”), operated by Strut (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Strut Platform is a cloud-based shop management and invoicing platform designed for automotive service businesses. The Service includes customer management, invoicing, scheduling, and related tools provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (“Your Data”). You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not share Your Data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. You may export or delete Your Data at any time.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious code or content; or (e) resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we may delete Your Data after a reasonable retention period, unless you export it beforehand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
